Autumn recipe: Stir-fried leek sprouts with beef

Spring leek is welcomed by most people, however, the autumn climate is also suitable for its growth. You can find leeks and leek sprouts in almost every market around your neighborhood.

Leek sprouts contain large amounts of vitamin A. The vegetable can nourish lungs and skin, as well as prevent and treat cold and night blindness.

Today we recommend a recipe with leek sprouts as its main material, which is beneficial for your health in autumn.

Stir-fried leek sprouts with beef

Materials:

Beef tenderloin: 150 grams

Leek sprouts: 250 grams

Ginger: 5 grams

Ingredients:

Soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, salad oil, starch

Steps:

1. Cut the leek sprouts into sections and the ginger into shreds.

2. Cut the beef tenderloin into shreds and mix well with salt, cooking wine, starch, soy sauce, and a little salad oil. Marinate the mixture for about five minutes.

3. Heat the salad oil in a wok to 70-100 degrees Celsius. Stir-fry the beef shreds until they change color. Take out and drain off the oil.

4. Keep 40 g (2 1/2 tbsp) of oil in the wok. Stir-fry the ginger shreds for about five seconds. Put the leek sprouts into the wok and stir-fry for one minute.

5. Put the stir-fried beef shreds into the wok and mix well with the leek sprouts.

6. Sprinkle the salt into the dish and mix well, then add thickness with starch water. Take out and serve.
