Cross-Border medical lifeline

The first China-Vietnam medical aid provider at the border, "1369 Life Express," ensures critically ill patients from Vietnam's Mong Cai receive swift care in China's Dongxing, even overnight.

On the morning of December 25, 2024, a man from Vietnam suffered severe chest pain and was diagnosed with acute type A aortic dissection. Around 11 a.m., Dongxing People's Hospital activated the "1369 Life Express" cross-border emergency service. With only over ten minutes, Mr. Pham was transferred to the hospital and later moved to Medical University due to his critical condition.
