(ECNS) -- Air China has promised to investigate a copilot who made a live broadcast of one of his flights on the Internet, the Beijing News reported Thursday.

Netizens say the pilot appears to sit in a cockpit bearing marks of Air China, while the epaulet on his shirt reveal his position as a copilot.

The pilot has shared many selfies on his microblogging site on Sina Weibo, which has attracted more than 60,000 fans.

Air China has assigned another pilot to replace the man following his last duty, when he helped fly an airplane to Rome on March 31.

It's reported that Air China prohibits crew members from sharing photos or videos that show the logo or uniform of the airline.
