(ECNS) -- The best time to hail a taxi in Beijing is between 10:10 a.m. and 10:20 a.m., according to a report released by Didi Kuaidi, China's most popular taxi hailing service.

The 2015 Smart Traveling Report issued by Didi Kuaidi showed the mid-morning period is the most accessible time throughout the day to summon taxies in Beijing, with a success rate reaching 90 percent.

The most difficult time for ride-hailing services is between 5:10 a.m. and 5:20 a.m.. The most difficult locations include Xiushui Street (Silk Market), Worker's Stadium and Fuxingmen Street, it said.

In market penetration for taxi hailing services, calculated by dividing "smart traveling visitors" by the resident population, Beijing ranked second, following Hangzhou City in East China's Zhejiang Province.

The report covers 14 major cities in China, among which Beijing has the longest commute to work, with daily travel averaging 52 minutes.

In addition, the Second Ring Road in west Beijing has the fourth-worst traffic, it added.
