(ECNS) -- Netizens have voted for "China's Top 10 Tourist Resorts in Winter," with Harbin Ice and Snow World getting the most support, Huasheng Online reported on Tuesday.
The park in Harbin City, Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province offers a unique ice and snow wonderland with amazing, colorfully illuminated sculptures, diverse sports activities and Russian wood houses.
Yalong Bay in Sanya City, south China's Hainan Province ranked second on the list for its crystal-clear water, white sandy beach, and year-round balmy conditions. The average temperature in Sanya is 25.5 degrees Celsius, making it a real sunny paradise for visitors.
Following in third place is Panlong Grand View Garden in Central China's Hunan province that features azalea blossoms in winter.
The Top 10 winners also include Yellow Mountain Scenic Spot in Anhui Province, Nanjing Tangshan Hot Springs in Jiangsu Province, Jiuzhai Valley in Sichuan Province, Potala Palace in Tibet, Lijiang Old Town in Yunnan Province, West Lake in Hangzhou of Zhejiang Province, and Gulangyu Island in Xiamen of Fijian province.
"Tourists no longer need to struggle with where to go in winter," said one netizen, "we could visit these top 10 resorts one by one!"
