(ECNS) -- An angry first-grader shared a nude photo of his father on popular mobile messaging app WeChat in revenge after being scolded for not finishing his homework, Liaoning TV reported.
The mobile application from Chinese Internet giant Tencent has over 650 million users who can easily share text, photos, and videos and form various discussion groups. The father is in a WeChat group for parents of the child's class.
A screenshot showed a profile photo of the man standing naked. He initially appealed to other members of the group to delete the photo as quickly as possible, before being reminded that he could delete it himself.
The report did not disclose when and where the incident happened but urged parents to be careful of children's use of smartphones. It recommended preventing kids from using smartphones too frequently or accessing unhealthy content, and instead encouraging children to participate in real-life activities.
