(ECNS) – Trading on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges will be suspended for a four-day holiday, from September 3 to September 6, to mark the 70th anniversary of victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1937-1945) and the world war against fascists, according to an announcement after Tuesday's closing.
Normal trading will resume on September 7, says a notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
