China's Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei on Tuesday responded to the U.S. State Department's publication on its website of the Hong Kong Policy Report.
"Hong Kong affairs fall entirely within China's domestic affairs, in which other countries have no right to interfere," said Hong at a regular press conference.
China urges the U.S. side to abide by its commitment to the Chinese side, and stop intervening in China's domestic affairs in any form lest the China-U.S. relations be disturbed and undermined, he added.
