TransAsia Airways shares reach limit after plane crash

(ECNS) -- TransAsia Airways shares fell 6.9 percent to reach the decline limit of 7 percent after a plane carrying 58 passengers, including five crew members, crashed into a Taipei river.

The death toll has risen to 10 So far, and 31 people are still missing.
