(ECNS) -- Kei Perenna Hoi Ting, the 24-year-old daughter of Ji Haipeng, chairman and CEO of Chinese real estate developer Logan Property, has replaced Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz to become the world's youngest billionaire.

A 85 percent stake in Logan Property Holdings, worth $1.3 billion, is held by companies and a family trust associated with Kei Perenna, who is a non-executive director at the firm.
