(ECNS) -- A huge copper construction dubbed "No. 1 Chinese Dream Monument" has gone up in Yuanmeng Park, situated in the Beidaihe district of Qinghuangdao city, Hebei province, according to www.ce.cn.

The structure is 21 meters tall and consists of three parts.

A square base features reliefs on all sides, the front part including President Xi Jinping's declaration of the Chinese dream. The three other reliefs state that China should be people-oriented, united and prosperous.

The middle part of the monument resembles a document seal, with the Chinese characters for "Chinese Dream" and "Core Socialist Values" inscribed on the front and back respectively.

The top includes the Chinese character ren ("people") and two spheres that represent the moon and sun, to suggest that human beings are an integral part of nature.

The purpose of erecting such a large monument is to let visitors appreciate traditional local culture, the Chinese dream and core socialist values, said Wang Dianming, the investor and designer of Yuanmeng Park.

Located in the west of Beidaihe Jifa Agro-Ecological Park, Yuanmeng is a privately-operated sightseeing area. The first phase of the park covers 80,000 square meters of land.
