针对严峻的反恐形势，北京市公安局已全面启动社会面高等级防控。仅在月坛地区，就有由专业力量和社会力量组成的安全稳定情报信息网络，修鞋匠、菜摊主、报刊亭主、停车管理员等街面协警力量603人形成协防网络，随时通过手机反馈安全信息。同时，月坛26个社区的2400多个楼门院长每天都会向社区通报可疑人或事。[查看全文]

(ECNS) – Beijing is building a "grassroots anti-terrorism network" that includes ordinary citizens.

In the Yuetan area in the city's Xicheng District, over 600 people have been mobilized to serve as "intelligencers," including shoe makers, vegetable vendors, newsstand owners and parking lot attendants.

A total of 2,400 "community managers" have also been asked to report suspicious individuals or activities.

Beijing has formed a team of 2,700 plainclothes cops to patrol public areas. Most of them are high-ranking police officers.
