(ECNS) -- A building fire in Harbin, capital city of Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has been contained, and no casualties were reported.
The fire broke out in a three-storey building at about 10 pm on Tuesday, and was contained early Wednesday.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is under way.
