(ECNS)-- Have you ever dreamed of owning a "VIP card" that gives you free access to all of the Disneylands around the world? The opportunity has come, as Shanghai Disney Resort starts a recruitment program to include college graduates as part of the amusement park.

To build momentum for the recruitment program, the resort launched several campus talks at universities in Shanghai.

Shanghai Disney Resort will offer its employees more than an opportunity to work together cartoon celebrities like Pirates of the Caribbean, Snow White and Mickey Mouse. After being employed, staffers will get a special card similar to a "free through ticket" for all Disneylands around the world, according to Tang Wei, a staffing manager at the company, at a recruitment talk at Shanghai Normal University on Thursday.

With the card, employees can take their families to enjoy Disneyland for free, Tang said.

Besides the card, benefits include commercial insurances, health benefits, and paid annual vacations, Tang said.

Over 1,000 posts in the resort's catering division, product department, and operational department will be available. Information about specific jobs will be released in September, Tang added.
