(ECNS) – Chinese tennis star Li Na won her second Grand Slam title at the Australian Open on Saturday, and her menu on competition days during the tour was released by a website, Fujian-based Strait News reported.

Here is her meal schedule on competition days:

Breakfast: Milk (250ml), bun with sweet bean paste (1), cherry tomatoes (5), boiled egg (1); extra: Banana (1).

Lunch: Mixed porridge (1 bowl), cornmeal cake with jujube (100g), crispy carp, straw mushroom with kale; extra: Kiwi fruit (1).

Supper: Rice with red bean, tofu with shrimp, eggplant with shredded garlic (50g), tomato and egg soup; extra: Yogurt (250ml).

Li doesn't have meat on competition days, as meat takes longer to digest and it can make people feel fatigued.

Sources say Li likes yogurt parfait, a frozen layered dessert with yogurt at the bottom and cornmeal and blueberry on top. She explains cornmeal can supply her with energy, and yogurt and fruit have beneficial effects.
