(ECNS) -- A female anchor from a provincial TV station in Wuhan, Hubei province, was sexually harassed by three foreigners while carrying out street interviews near a local university on Tuesday, according to people.com.cn.
The anchor surnamed Wang and a camera crew were conducting man-on-the-street interviews for a special Christmas show on Tuesday afternoon near Central China Normal University. They were trying to collect Christmas messages from pedestrians.
When they started interviewing three passing foreigners, Wang encountered sexual harassment.
"One of them said, 'I love you,' and 'Show me your boobs,' to me," Wang said. "He also pulled me into his arms rudely, and tried to lift up my coat. I was very afraid and backed away."
A witness said he saw the three foreigners harassing the anchorwoman.
All three foreigners were very tall, the witness added.
"Most foreigners are kind and friendly, but those three people I came across really infuriated me," Wang said. "Their words and behavior violated my dignity."
