(ECNS) -- Photos of 99 sheets of uncut banknotes given as a dowry at a wedding ceremony have become a hot topic for netizens, the Chinese version of Chinadaily.com.cn reported.

According to the report, a "tuhao" in North China's Tianjin gave a large fortune to his daughter, including several properties and a one-million-yuan car. But the 99 sheets of uncut banknotes, which include some foreign currencies, are the most eye-catching.

Experts said common people have few chances to see uncut banknotes, although more than 30 types have been issued in China.
