(ECNS) -- Public restrooms in Shanghai will feature separate rooms starting next year, according to China National Radio (CNR).
The third rooms will be for parents with opposite-gender 3-to-4 year olds who need to use public toilets.
The report also said the city will add more cubicles to women's rooms.
