(ECNS) – A Sina Weibo post has captured a man in his underwear bathing with water from a public fountain in front of Happy Platform, a well-known shopping mall in Hubei's Wuhan city, the local Wuhan Evening News reported.

"When I saw him, he had stripped down to his underwear," said Li, who made the post.

The man was washing his hair with shampoo, and there were bath gel and bags of clothes near him, according to Li.

"The man seemed normal," Li added.
