(ECNS) – A real estate company in Southwest China's Guizhou province has asked its field employees in Chongqing to take photos in assigned poses and post them on their WeChat accounts, to prove their attendance, Chongqing Evening News reported.

Before daily attendance checks, the staffers receive detailed instructions from their supervisors, take photos in the specified poses and post them on WeChat.

"It's nearly impossible to cheat," said Cheng, a woman who was dispatched to Chongqing for business promotion.

Cheng said her supervisor came up with the idea, and it has been used for over a year.

The company cannot check on their staffers who work in the field, and most of them can live with this arrangement, Cheng added.

"Our basic salaries are linked with attendance. It's relatively fair because at least the method can prove where we have gone and what we have done every day."
