More hospitals added to reform program in Hebei  

河北公立医院综合改革“提速” 试点扩面新增105县

河北省卫生厅23日在石家庄召开2013年全省公立医院改革试点工作电视电话会议。

Shijiazhuang (Ecns) -- Hebei province will cover an additional 123 public hospitals in 105 counties (cities and districts) in its pilot reform program, to improve services at local public hospitals, according to the provincial Health Department on Tuesday.

The department will apply reforms in hospital governance and human resources at public hospitals to the 11 counties that have already been covered in the program, said Yang Xinjian, head of the provincial health department.

The department will also support private hospitals in the province to improve their services.
