Hong Kongers love to shop and gamble: survey

据香港中通社报道，香港9日发表的一项调查发现，不论贫富，香港人都有相近的消闲娱乐方式，其中之一就是购物。

(CNS) -- A survey published on Tuesday finds that Hong Kong residents share similar leisure activities, one of which is shopping, Hong Kong China News Agency has reported.

Ipsos, a market research company, conducted the survey last year among 6,100 residents aged 12 to 64 to explore their attitudes and patterns of consumption.

The survey also reveals that Hong Kong residents love gambling. Each month, about 1/4 of its residents bet on horse racing, 32 percent play mahjong and more than half buy Mark Six Lottery tickets.
