Wuyishan (CNS) – Chinese female martial artists won four gold medals on Wednesday at the Sixth Sanda World Cup in Wuyishan, Fujian Province.

Feng Yufang beat her Indonesian opponent 2-0 to win the women's 48 kg class. Qiu Tiao, Liu Lingling and Jiang Xianting also won gold medals respectively in the women's 52 kg, 56 kg and 60 kg classes.

Feng Yufang said her athletic career was counting down, and hoped that another gold medal would help her land a steady job after retirement.

The event, which concludes today, has attracted 56 top athletes from 19 countries and areas, including the Chinese mainland, India, the Philippines, Turkey, France and Hong Kong.
