麦蒂：中国球迷世界最好 期待为其打球

国际篮球巨星、前NBA球星特雷西·麦克格雷蒂24日晚在青岛双星俱乐部为其准备的欢迎晚宴上接受记者采访时表示，中国球迷十分热情，是世界上最好的球迷，并表示希望在职业生涯的晚期能为中国球迷打球。

Qingdao (CNS) –– Two-time NBA scoring champion Tracy McGrady arrived in Qingdao on Wednesday and expressed his willingness to play basketball for "the best fans in the world."

I am really touched by the enthusiasm of the fans in China, and they have always stood firmly behind me even when I went through setbacks, McGrady said at a welcoming banquet.

He expressed his gratitude to the Qingdao DoubleStar Eagles basketball club for their hospitality, saying he was quite satisfied with all the arrangements, and accepted a pair of specially-designed shoes as a gift from the team's president.

McGrady has inked a one-year deal with the team for the 2012-2013 CBA season.
