再过9天，伦敦奥运会就将拉开序幕。18日，在中国首家奥林匹克博物馆——厦门奥林匹克博物馆，中新社记者看到，与北京奥运会相关的众多珍贵展品被陈列于博物馆中央最醒目的位置，在新一个奥运年到来之际，唤起参观者对北京奥运会的美好回忆。

Xiamen (CNS) -- The countdown to the 2012 London fair has begun and to presage the upcoming London Olympics, a number of iconic items relating to the Beijing Olympic Games are now on prominent display at the Xiamen Olympics Museum.

When the London fair winds down, the Olympic torch and performance devices used in the events will be on exhibit at our museum, said Wu Yun, deputy director of the museum.

"Our museum enjoys increasing recognition from the international community," added Wu, "and we collect items from big international sports events such as the 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games held in Innsbruck and the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games."
