Beijing (CNS) -- On the afternoon of July 9, four fishery administration ships arrived at the fishing grounds off Zhejiang and Fujian Provinces, and also patrolled on the waters off Diaoyu Islands, according to China's Ministry of Agriculture.

The fishery administration vessels, Yuzheng 202, Yuzheng 204, Yuzheng 33001 and Yuzheng 35001, are now conducting routine patrols in the East China Sea.

It is high season for typhoons on these waters, the ministry noted, and it is also a critical time for the marine management since the fishing moratorium ended and an increasing number of fishing boats are making their way into the vicinity.
