广州市政府25日公布“修订草案”，扩大对留学人员来穗工作支持度、提高资助和优惠标准，以进一步吸引、集聚海外高层次人才。
Guangzhou (CNS) -- Guangzhou released a draft amendment on Monday designed to raise financial assistance provisions and create more favorable conditions for overseas returnees.
The new policy to attract more returning hi-end talents has 29 articles specifying various details of preferential treatment, such as settling-in allowances, business initiation subsidies, non-tech and patent application assistance, removing hukou barriers for families and resolving education concerns for the their children.
In order to realize its mission to become a base of international talent, Guangzhou has already released 12 such policies and launched a 10,000-talent project in addition to giving the green light to financial support enhancements.
