Beijing (CNS) – Female entrepreneur Zhang Yin, 55, with her business-like cropped hair and black jacket, arrived in Beijing on March 2. As a member of CPPCC (Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference), Zhang is once again ready to voice her opinions in the upcoming session.

Zhang ranked 24th on the Huran Report rich list in September 2011, with an estimated fortune of 28 billion yuan that she made by recycling scrap paper imported from the United States.

At past CPPCC sessions, Zhang's proposals to the government include initiatives that have aroused much public discussion, including "reducing the burden of the rich" in 2008, a "two – child policy" in 2010 countering the one –child policy for birth control, and "no discrimination against the second generation wealthy" in 2011.

Regarding the mixed plight of the rich in Chinese society, Zhang said, "Entrepreneurs deserve respect; as an entrepreneur, you must have a sharp mind and focus all your energy on business. The fortune we create belongs to society, excluding our basic needs for food, housing, clothing and other things."
