The theme of the summit will be "Facilitating information-driven development and a digitalized China," according to the press conference.

The summit will serve as a platform for policy updates and industry communication, as well as a product showcases, said Zhuang Rongwen, deputy head of the Cyberspace Administration of China.

An expo will be held during the event to exhibit China's achievements in digital economy and digitalized government administration in recent years.

The summit will create cooperation opportunities for businesses and research institutes attending the event, according to the press conference.
