Chinese e-commerce group Chinabuy has launched its online shopping services in Kenya, offering online shoppers access to different items for direct purchase from Chinese manufacturers and online sites.
The firm, which will operate locally as chinabuy.co.ke, is a one-stop shopping platform with millions of items from many factories and providers.
The online shopping mall has localized online customer support which is available in both English and Kiswahili and a 365 day return policy for all its products. The site offers different delivery methods at a low cost.
