The Finance Ministry has said China will advance the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in public service projects.
The PPP mode refers to long-term cooperation between governments and private companies on infrastructure or public service projects.
PPP projects in most cases are funded and operated by private investors and supervised by local governments.
NDRC data shows that one thousand and forty three PPP pilot projects have been launched in China, with a total investment of about 2 trillion yuan.
