Cross-Strait trade hits 198 bln US dollars last year

Trade values between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan reached 198.31 billion US dollars last year, up 0.6 percent year on year, a mainland spokesman said here on Wednesday.

Exports from the mainland to Taiwan hit 46.28 billion US dollars, while imports from Taiwan was worth about 152 billion US dollars, said the spokesman with the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council.
