Wang Shi, chairman of real estate giant Vanke Group, remained the highest-paid executive among A-share listed companies in 2013 with an annual income of 159 billion yuan, according to recent reports.

It is the second year in a row for Wang to top the list, after he made 156 billion yuan in 2012.

Vanke's income grew 31.3 percent year-on-year to 135.4 billion yuan in 2013, with annual profits reaching 15.1 billion, an increase of 20.5 percent year-on-year.
