Macao goods event set to open in Guangzhou

An exhibition to promote goods from Macao is scheduled to open on Friday in Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong province, organizers said.

The three-day event, which was launched in 2012, hopes to enhance economic and trade ties, the organizers said.

Goods on display from Macao range from food, cultural items and garments to Portuguese products and some famous brands from Guangzhou, including herbal tea giant Wong Lo Kat, will be on display during the event.
