China's exports show annual growth

Official data released by the General Administration of Customs shows China's foreign trade went up 1.5 percent year on year in November, to just over 339 billion US dollars.

Exports rose by 2.9 percent year on year to more than 179 billion US dollars in November, following from a rise of 11.6 percent in October. November imports remained flat from a year earlier, settling at over 159 billion US dollars. Meanwhile, during the period from January to November, China's total foreign trade expanded 5.8 percent year on year to 3.5 trillion US dollars.
