The All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) has issued a regulation prohibiting lawyers and law firms from releasing misleading information to promote themselves.

Lawyers are prohibited from claiming that they have "high win rate" or "no win, no fee," nor they are allowed to hint that they have "special relations" with judicial bodies or governments, according to the regulation.

Lawyers are strictly forbidden from offering kickbacks or other incentives, said the regulation.
