In recent days, the cold front continues to affect Heilongjiang province. People experienced extreme cold in the city of Heihe, especially on the frozen Heilongjiang River.
Can you image a pair of trousers standing up independently? It happened in Northeast China's Heihe city when wet trousers were hung outside when the temperature was -42 C. Furthermore, in extreme cold, cellphones fail to work outside after a half-hour and a bottle of beer can explode because of freezing.
