It has become a trading platform that attracts both buyers from all over the world and members the selection committees of international film festivals. It also offers a good chance for exchange and cooperation between foreign customers and Chinese film producers, according to the organizers.

More than 1,000 outstanding Chinese films have been screened in its last sessions.

This year, nearly 100 Chinese films of various genres and styles will be shown.

More than 40 distributors, investors, critics, and association representatives from nearly 20 countries and regions are expected to select their favorites during the event, a news conference held by the organizers announced on Oct. 27.
