Brazilian striker Ricardo Goulart scored twice as defending champion Guangzhou Evergrande smashed Liaoning Carsing 3-0 to keep its leadership on Thursday in the 21st round of 2017 Chinese Super League.

Brazilian Paulinho, 29, broke the deadlock for the defending champion in the 34th minute, and Goulart extended the lead in the 69th minute and sealed the victory by a header in the 85th minute.
