The chairman and vice chairpersons of National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) met Thursday approving drafts and a regulation.

The approved drafts detailed the schedule and personnel matters of the 21st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th CPPCC. The drafts will be submitted to the committee for review.

At the 21st meeting, scheduled to be open in late June in Beijing, political advisors will pool their wisdom on deepening supply-side structural reform and promoting steady and sound economic growth.

Thursday's meeting approved a regulation regarding the bi-weekly CPPCC consultation sessions, and stressed the importance of the sessions in increasing the frequency and efficiency of political consultation.

The meeting was presided over by Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee.
