At least 18 people were killed and two were injured in a fire that broke out in a foot massage parlor in Tiantai county, East China's Zhejiang Province on Sunday, China Central Television reported.
The fire broke out in the parlor at 4 pm on Sunday, according to the local government. People were seen jumping from the windows to escape. Local firefighters later managed to extinguish the blaze.
Police and professional rescuers are at the scene, said the report. The cause of the fire remains unknown.
