Thirteen people are in police custody after 74 people were killed in a construction site accident in east China's Jiangxi Province Thursday.

In addition to the fatalities, two people sustained injuries when a platform for a cooling tower under construction collapsed in the city of Yichun.

The search and rescue had almost finished at 11:30 a.m. Friday, according to the rescue and relief headquarters at the scene.

Sixty-eight victims have been identified so far, most of them millennials

About 200 of the victims' relatives have arrived in Yichun to identify the deceased.

Counselors are available for those in need.

The investigation continues.
