The 2016 G20 summit has kicked off one of its outreach programs, Youth20 China, which held its opening ceremony in Shanghai on Wednesday.
Over 130 youth delegates from G20 countries, guest countries and international institutions have gathered in the Chinese city.
During the 3-day discussion and debates, the young people speak out on the elimination of poverty, joint development, social justice and the green movement and sustainability among other topics.
Roman Chukov, head of the Russian Delegation, said he expected real action rather than a talk show.
"We hope that after this year, after the Chinese presidency, we will come up with some specific actions, which are measurable, and which can be achieved and monitored."
The young delegates will submit a final report to G20 participants, summing up the results of their conference.
This years' G20 summit will take place in September in east China's Hangzhou City.
