On April 28th, Yonghui Foundation Co.,Ltd, a subsidiary enterprise of Hong Kong-based Lai Sun Group signed a ten-year cooperation framework agreement with Trans-Island Limousine Service Co.,Ltd to jointly establish cross border bus routes that connect Hong Kong with Hengqin.

According to the agreement, Trans-Island Limousine Service Co.,Ltd will devise the bus routes based on its professional expertise and market resources. Meanwhile, Yonghui Foundation Co.,Ltd will set aside an area from the Hengqin innovation project that Lai Sun Group created as special parking lots for the bus routes to promote better travelling conditions. When the bus routes begin operating, both enterprises will collaborate on the development orientation and planning of the Hengqin innovation project by marketing to enhance its international recognition.

According to the statistics released by professional investigation institutions, trips starting from Hong Kong, Macao and other areas of Guangdong Province to Hengqin are estimated to reach more than 30,000,000 by 2018. Therefore, cross border bus routes that share the HongKong-Macao-Zhuhai Bridge will not only provide convenient traffic access for residents in the three areas, but also greatly improve commuting efficiency.
