Cui Jianwei aims to provide the freshest ice cream possible.

In order to get fresh milk to make the best ice cream, he works with his friends to build a high-quality pasture to feed more than 80 cows in Beijing. Meanwhile, they refuse to use any processed food such as jam and fruit juice with additives in his ice cream. They even bake fresh nuts by themselves to use in the ice creams.

Cui opened his first ice cream shop in university in Beijing five years ago. So successful was Cui's first shop that he decided to expand his business.

Last year, Cui created an entirely new ice cream brand with partners, and then opened more shops in many cities in China.

The shops only provide the freshest ice cream with a different single flavor available at different times, Cui said. Although customers have no choice of flavors, they can eat the best, Cui added.
