A passenger boarding the Capital Airlines flight from southwest China's Kunming to east China's Hangzhou city was scared when seeing one of the jet tyre damaged and became completely flat on March 28, 2016. He was among the last group boarding the plane.
After the passenger reported this to the flight attendants, the flight was delayed and on-board passengers were asked to leave the plane. The incident startled a lot when the passenger posted his experience online.
