Chinese Premier Li Keqiang urged efforts to cultivate new growth dynamics and promote the development of new economy.

He called for efforts to protect tourists' interests, create a fair market environment to boost the development of the tourism industry.

Local authorities should encourage entrepreneurship and innovation, create an environment that is tolerant of failures, and create enough jobs, as millions of college graduates and vocational school students enter the labor market each year, he said.
