NPC:
-- NPC delegations will hold plenary meetings to examine the national economic and social development plan, and central and local budgets in the morning.
-- NPC deputies will attend panel deliberations on the national economic and social development plan in the afternoon.
-- Foreign Minister Wang Yi will give a press conference starting 10 a.m. at the press center of the two sessions.
-- At 3 p.m., Li Bin, minister in charge of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, will give a press conference on China's two-child policy at the press center of the two sessions.
CPPCC:
-- Members of the 12th CPPCC National Committee will hold panel discussions about the government work report and the draft outline of the 13th five-year national development plan.
-- At 3 p.m., the 12th CPPCC National Committee will hold a meeting on how to better resettle laid-off employees when cutting overcapacity.
