The MGM Grand Sanya recently announced the launch of its "Dog-friendly Service," which gives dog owners and their canine friends the chance to spend vacations together.

Opened in 2011, the MGM Grand Sanya is Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality Ltd.'s first luxury hotel in China, and is located along the waterfront of Yalong Bay in Hainan Province. Though it has gained a reputation for its dining, nightlife and entertainment, now it has something else to recommend it: its status as Sanya's first dog-friendly resort.

In addition to its ocean views and luxurious guest rooms, the MGM now offers accommodations specifically for dog lovers. Rooms booked under the "Dog-friendly Service" include amenities for furry friends like dog beds, feeding bowls, gourmet treats and waste bags.

There is no better way to blow off steam than spending hours playing fetch with your dog, or watching him play in the waves. MGM Grand Sanya understands the value of spending quality time with your dog, which is why it allows guests to bring their canine friends.

"Most of us love our dogs, and consider them part of our families," said Douglas Schwab, the general manager of the MGM Grand Sanya.

One dog lover in Sanya commented, "We 'pay' for the weather here in Sanya. It's a bit expensive, but it is worth every penny. MGM Grand Sanya is one of our favorite hangouts. When you have dogs, a visit to Yalong Bay is a must."
