China has added another 80 institutions and locations that can be used for national-defense education events, according to a statement released by the national defense education office on Wednesday.

The include memorial halls, revolutionary and historical sites, and cemeteries of the fallen, according to the statement.

Some exhibition halls, and science and technology museums are also on the list, including China Space Museum and China Science and Technology Museum of Nuclear Industry, both of which are in Beijing.

A total of 160 venues were named in November 2009. In 2012, another 80 were added.
